I started my fitness journey in 2017, and I haven't looked back since. It's insane to me how it changes who you are on the inside even more than it transforms you on the outside. My "why" is a long story, but the short version is, I felt uncomfortable in my own skin. I was tired all the time and just had the worst attitude about life in general. Today, I have tons of energy and I love motivating people to be better, not different, just better. My mental clarity is on point and my confidence is through the roof!! Confidence was always something I was lacking in myself. Deciding to make the change in my life was the best thing I have ever done for myself and my family.
