Personal Training

Option of 2 to 3 days per week of one-on-one personal training. *Note-The cost of 2 days is same as three days.*

One on one In person private training at studio location.

Nutrition Coaching-Macros = Carbs/Fats/Protein - Meal Options and recipes through the free app.

Customized workout plan to meet your personal goals based on the OPT model used by the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

Hybrid is offered with this package. You can workout at home on the days you don’t work out in studio. (optional)

The Fitbudd app is designed a lot like the weight watchers app.

The App will help you track your progress, and it increases accountability through check-ins. It also includes in app texting so you have access to your trainer for any questions and concerns you may have.

Exercise Therapy

Exercise Therapy

Therapeutic exercises designed to correct imbalances, increase range of motion, improve functional movement, and make daily activities easier to take on.

Static Stretching, Dynamic Stretching, Thera band exercises to build strength.

Each session is 30 minutes

Cost per session is $35

Monthly membership is $250

Sessions are 2 days per week

Memberships come with HEP2go plan, which includes at home exercises in addition to in person sessions.

HEP2go link is sent via text and includes a video for each exercise and a written description on how to perform each one.

HEP2go (Home Exercise Program) is optional but recommended for long term success.
