Plan Includes

  • One on one In person private training at studio location.

  • Nutrition Coaching-Macros = Carbs/Fats/Protein - Meal Options and recipes through the free app.

  • Customized workout plan to meet your personal goals based on the OPT model used by the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

  • Hybrid is offered with this package. You can workout at home on the days you don’t work out in studio. (optional)

  • The Fitbudd app is designed a lot like the weight watchers app.

  • The App will help you track your progress, and it increases accountability through check-ins. It also includes in app texting so you have access to your trainer for any questions and concerns you may have.
