Group class options are circuit training, Low impact, and Range of motion and Mobility (R&M) (*NEW). Each class is 45 minutes in duration and will cover full body functional movements in each class.
2-3days/week of in person small group classes.
Circuit Training-Mon/Wed/Fri @ 11:30am
Low Impact class- Tues/Thurs @ 9am
R&M class- Tues/Thurs @ 10:30am
