Group Classes

Group class options are circuit training, Low impact, and Range of motion and Mobility (R&M) (*NEW). Each class is 45 minutes in duration and will cover full body functional movements in each class.

Plan Includes

  • 2-3days/week of in person small group classes.

  • Circuit Training-Mon/Wed/Fri @ 11:30am

  • Low Impact class- Tues/Thurs @ 9am

  • R&M class- Tues/Thurs @ 10:30am

How it works

  • Circuit Training consists of 45 minutes of medium to high intensity exercises broken down into 5-10 stations. 1 minute per station. Rest after each round. 2-4 rounds. Full body workout.
  • Low Impact class consists of 45 minutes of mostly chair workouts to build mobility, core strength, balance, and coordination.
  • *NEW--- ROM & mobility class. Duration may vary based on individual needs. R&M focuses on increasing range of motion and improving mobility of joints. It can also help to alleviate joint pain that comes with movement as you age.
